SHIATSU IN A TRANQUIL THERAPY ROOM IN LEEDS CITY CENTRE

A 60 minute session is a complete traditional Shiatsu treatment. The 90 minute option provides a deeply restorative Shiatsu bodywork with enhanced focus on specific complaints.

Situated in Park Square, a peaceful Georgian square in the very heart of Leeds with all city centre amenities close by, the therapy room provides a wonderfully calm and quiet environment to experience the full benefits of your treatment.

  • Pre-treatment advice:

    • Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your first session to allow time for the initial consultation.

    • Wear loose comfortable clothing for your treatment.

    • Avoid alcohol consumption on the day of your treatment and avoid eating heavily within the 2 hours prior to your appointment time.

    Cancellation / Rescheduling

    I have a 24 hours minimum prior cancellation policy, please get in touch as soon as you can if you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment.

  • Regular treatments provide the optimum means to support and sustain your overall wellbeing.

    Receive a free 6th treatment for each block booking of 5* sessions ~ a series of 60 min or 90 min Shiatsu to be specified at the start. These must be used within a 6 month period from the date of booking.

Home treatments

SHIATSU IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN ENVIRONMENT

Home treatments are an ideal choice for those unable to travel to a therapy room, or with a busy and irregular schedule. Home treatments allow you to relax before and after the session within the comfort of your own home, whilst saving precious commuting time. If you have any particular health issue or other specific needs, please get in touch and I will do my best to accommodate.

  • Given the mobile nature of this service, home treatments are geographically limited to Leeds city centre and North Leeds, specifically: Headingley, Far Headingley, Meanwood, Moortown, Weetwood, Adel, Chapel Allerton and Roundhay.

  • Pre-treatment advice:

    • Allow 15 mins in addition to the length of your session for setup and clearing the space.

    • The treatment requires a clear floor space to accommodate a portable futon mat with space for me to move around.

    • Please provide a warm blanket and a few pillows or cushions to ensure your comfort.

The Gift Certificate offers the recipient a deeply restorative 90 minute traditional Shiatsu treatment. A Zen inspired certificate with matching envelope is a tasteful gift ready to address. For convenience you may choose the equivalent E-gift certificate. Both versions are sent to yourself to customise and forward to the recipient.
